Returns & Refunds
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel, stating the reason you wish to return. We will then provide you with a Vapemotion Returned Merchandise Authorisation Form (RMA) to enclose with your item(s).
Returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt in order to qualify for your refund, any returns sent outside of this period may be refused and returned to you. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed and/or replacements to be issued.
Please be aware that the returns postage is at the buyers cost and will not be reimbursed by Vapemotion. We recommend you use a tracked returns service and obtain your receipt as proof of postage.

Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they have not been opened or used and are in the same condition as they were sold. Due to health & hygiene, e-liquids, disposable e-cigarettes and tanks are excluded from this policy and are only returnable if faulty.
Products must be returned as sold, if any products have been opened or used, you will not be able to return them.
If you have received an item you believe to be faulty please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or use the chat option on our website to inform us of the issue you are experiencing as we may be able to provide a solution. If we are unable to find a solution, we will supply you with our returns details and organise a refund or replacement.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you have a window of half an hour after you have placed your order in which to do this.
